  • Worksite Location: Salem, OR
What you’ll do as the Account Associate:
  • Administer and help manage day-to-day clients’ comprehensive employee benefits programs
  • Coordinate and delegate workflow with administrative team
  • Attend compliance and carrier trainings and keep abreast of industry changes
  • Coordinate client deliverables with other departments to ensure 100% stakeholder satisfaction
  • Update and maintain internal systems and processes in accordance with current standards and timelines
  • Engage in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable agency management systems
What you’ll bring to the Account Associate role:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 1+ years of related work experience in employee benefits or group insurance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, significant projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility to travel for business and work additional hours when needed
