Worksite Location: Rockville, MN
Pay Rate: $20-24/hour

What you’ll do as the Accounts Payable Associate:

Review invoicing and payments to ensure compliance and accuracy
Assist department manager by monitoring and managing employee productivity
Manage and document processes for vendor invoices, vendor statements, and monthly credit card transactions
Responsible for vendor set-up and vendor master records
Support an environment of continuous improvement by providing training, mentoring, and guidance related to Accounting and Accounts Payable systems and processes
Work in tandem with other departments and locations to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments

What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Associate role:

2-year degree in accounting or related field preferred
3-5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounting
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity a plus
Strong leadership, organization, customer service, and communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines, and multi-task
High degree of integrity and discretion in safeguarding confidential information
Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
