- Contract Duration:Â 9-months
- Worksite Location:Â Eagan, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $23-25/hour

- Manage incoming and outgoing communications within the collections department’s mailbox.
- Track and monitor collection processes to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- Review reinstatement requests and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Process coupons and assist in maintaining proper documentation for collections activities.
- Collaborate with the collections team to ensure smooth operations and address any issues as they arise.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with intermediate Excel skills.
- Comfortable using MS Windows operating system.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit, collections, business, or finance, or coursework in these fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
