- Worksite Location: Willmar, MN
- Compensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
What you’ll do as a Bookkeeper:
- Maintain records including recording of general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of month-end statements
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General ledger
- Meet one on one with clients to provide QuickBooks training
- Review client policies and procedures; identify and suggest improvements for accounting reporting and recording procedures
- Analyze data, summarize information, and assist in the preparation of reports
What you will bring to the role as a Bookkeeper:
- 2+ year Accounting Degree
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Ability to plan, organize, keep deadlines, and work under pressure and constant interruptions
- Willingness to learn new skills or tasks as assigned
