Business Development Manager

SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of talent solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Meet and exceed sale metrics and goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Coordinate and conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the process of ensuring receivables are collected in a timely manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of successful sales or business development experience in the staffing industry.
