Job Description
What you will do as an Business Development Representative:
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory or industry segment supporting the information technology division
- Proactively generate leads through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and other business development strategies.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Present and articulate the value propositions of our IT solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of product capabilities and alignment with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What you will bring to the role as a Business Development Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in Information Technology sales or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
