  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid
  • Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
     
What you'll do as the Digital Invoice Specialist:
  • Manage invoice processing through third-party billing platforms for a dedicated portfolio of customers
  • Resolve invoice processing issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and track daily activity metrics, including First Pass, Failure, and Utilization trackers
  • Create and update Desktop Procedures (DTPs) for customer-specific billing processes and portals
  • Process emails from internal and external partners, responding to inquiries and updating work orders
  • Provide backup support for teammates during planned and unplanned absences
  • Manage open and in-progress work orders within third-party billing platforms
  • Support onboarding efforts for new accounts joining the Digital Invoice Management team
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction through timely billing and proactive communication
What you'll bring to the Digital Invoice Specialist role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of professional work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel (intermediate to advanced Excel preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and merge data sets
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including experience interacting professionally with customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as experience with SAP, AS400, and previous work in credit, accounting, or customer service
