- Worksite Location: Fargo, ND
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, finance, operations, and business units) to define ERP requirements
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring successful deployment of the ERP system
- Configure and customize the ERP software to meet organizational needs
- Train end-users on system functionality and best practices
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address any issues during implementation
- Continuously evaluate and improve the ERP system’s performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP software
- Apply updates, patches, and enhancements to keep the system up-to-date
- Optimize systems workflows and processes to enhance efficiency
- Manage data migration during system upgrades or changes
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, data models, and data flow diagrams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and maintenance (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong technical skills in ERP software configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources) and how they relate to ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management skills to lead ERP implementation projects effectively
