Global Supply Chain Financial Analyst

- Worksite Location:Â Remote
- Contract Duration:Â 12-months
- Compensation: $55-65/hr
What you'll do as a GSC Financial Analyst:Â
- Own cost headcount and expense tracking
- Summarize and communicate financial results and forecasts to Supply Chain Finance and Transition Management Organization (TMO) stakeholders
- Collaborate with department owners to forecast operating expenses and capital spend on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using forecasting software
- Manage separation departments by tracking and forecasting headcount and expenses, ensuring eligibility of personnel and costs
- Monitor transactions between companies, analyze variances between agreement prices and actuals, and quantify necessary corrections
- Support product costing and pricing of Transition Agreement SKUs in coordination with TMO, plant finance, and supply chain teams
- Lead the annual product repricing process for Agreement SKUs
- Provide financial support to plants offering contract manufacturing services and those receiving products through transition agreements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Proven experience in expense forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Background in product costing within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience in divestiture or spinoff accounting (preferred)
- Proficiency in financial planning & analysis, supply chain finance, and pricing
