Contract Duration: 4 months
Worksite Location: Remote or Hybrid (Minneapolis, MN)
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.31 per hour

What you’ll do as the Materials Library Specialist:

Ensure consistency and organization across a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system and a document that mirrors current and future development
Maintain material documentation, monitor updates needed via Slack conversations, and update in the two systems as needed
Monitor vendor requests for updates to the material library and make changes when the subject matter experts agree on the change
Collaborate and communicate with subject matter experts and PLM team to ensure consistency across the materials library in the PLM system and documentation
Assist in managing digital material libraries, templates, and related assets

What you’ll bring to the Materials Library Specialist role:

Detail oriented and highly organized
Awareness of material standards and taxonomies
Strong ability to collaborate across business, product, and technology teams
Comfortable working with digital tools, databases, and workflow systems
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, or product development
Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software or material management systems
