Project Manager Job Description
As Project Manager you will play a key role in the successful management and execution of projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business process knowledge, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the effective management of application development projects. You will be responsible to work with our development and sales teams to lead and oversee the planning and execution of application development projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within scope and budget.

Project Manager Job Description
As Project Manager you will play a key role in the successful management and execution of projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business process knowledge, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the effective management of application development projects. You will be responsible to work with our development and sales teams to lead and oversee the planning and execution of application development projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within scope and budget.
What you’ll do as a Project Manager:
- Understand client objectives and proactively manages all aspects of assigned projects to meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage resource assignment and planning, assist in the creation of project scope documents, manage workflow timelines, adhere to project budgets, and proactively act on any anticipated changes, issues, risks, or delays
- Work closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
- Assist in pre-sales activities and facilitate communication between development and sale teams for a clear delineation of a project’s scope
- Provide continuous communication with clients and team members on the status of ongoing projects
- Identify potential constraints based on activities or timeframes that may have an impact on the project
- Review and approve billable time related to managed projects and incorporate change requests as needed
- Provide guidance to users by conducting training sessions and developing training documents or videos as needed
What you’ll bring to the Project Manager role:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Strong technical skills in software development and architecture
- Experience identifying client’s unique business processes and the ability to identify efficiencies that can be created for a client
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with an internal team and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables through all phases of a project
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification a plus
