Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Description
- Contract Duration: 5-months
- Worksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN
As a successful Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will have a chance to use your experience of working on a variety of roles in building a pipeline of diverse talent for specific roles and markets while actively sourcing and recruiting mid to senior level talent. What a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for:
- Build inclusive, collaborative relationships with both internal and external talent and leaders on the team to provide full life-cycle recruitment which includes creative diverse sourcing, assessing, selecting, and consulting on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process
- Build candidate pipelines, for current and future needs
- Schedule and/or coordinate interviews, interviewers, and interview debrief
- Interact with clients including individuals and families, mid-sized corporations, small businesses, agribusinesses, nonprofits, and public and government entities
- Support various business divisions including banking, wealth management, investment, trust, and insurance that are throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with proven ability to source, assess, select, and consult on diverse talent
- Proven experience of building a pipeline of diverse talent while using social media and other sourcing channels including cold calling
- AIRS Certification, Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) is a plus
- Flexible, adaptable, and the ability to pivot priorities as business needs change
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to assess competencies, present, and coach talent
- Experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft applications, HRIS and ATS
