The Director of Financial Operations is responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing the execution of the various financial operations. The position works closely with the CFO on financial analysis and strategy. Our ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, superior analytical skills, and proven project and people management skills. Being highly motivated with strong creativity, enthusiasm, and team orientation is critical for success in this role.

The Director of Financial Operations is responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing the execution of the various financial operations. The position works closely with the CFO on financial analysis and strategy. What you will do as the Director of Financial Operations:
- Complete financial modeling and analysis
- Work in Project Management
- Assist with organizational communications
- Complete tax work and liaise with external tax advisors
- Collaborate with other departments for projects
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or another business-related field; MBA preferred
- 5-10+ years of progressive work experience in Financial Operations within the Financial Services industry is required
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills
- Strong financial modeling skills, along with an understanding of financial reporting and cash flow information
