About the Role
We are hiring a Safety Coordinator on behalf of a long-established manufacturer and installer of building products with both production and office operations. This role supports a company that values a strong safety culture, employee training, and continuous improvement. As the Safety Coordinator, you will lead safety initiatives, deliver training, maintain compliance records, and help foster a safe work environment across multiple locations.

Job Description
In this role, you will provide technical safety and health support to production and office teams while developing programs that strengthen the organizationâs overall safety performance. You will coordinate training, manage safety documentation, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and company health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, programs, and standards
Plan, coordinate, and conduct all safety training, classes, and programs
Maintain and update company safety manuals with required revisions
Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions
Manage company injury and incident claims
Establish and maintain all required job safety records
Stay current with safety and health regulations

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3â5 years of experience in the safety field
Strong knowledge of construction and general industry safety standards
OSHA 10 or 30 hour safety training certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to audit full jobsites, including work at heights, enclosed spaces, ladder tasks, and extreme temperatures
Strong attention to detail and consistent enforcement of safety protocols
Willingness to travel outside the FargoâMoorhead area to Wadena, MN 1-2x per month (company car and gas expense covered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driverâs license with an insurable driving record

Effective communication skills for training, coaching, and guiding employees at all levels
Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to assess risks and support corrective actions

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and documentation of customer infrastructure and network environments. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure systems operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage and maintain virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and hardware/software optimization
Administer security technologies including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies
Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
Research and design system architecture best practices
Lead or support disaster recovery planning and execution

Document all customer interactions and incident resolutions clearly and accurately
Identify opportunities for service improvements through process, tools, or technology
Collaborate with Engineers and Solutions Architects on solution design and implementation

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience supporting networks, servers, operating systems, storage, and/or cloud environments
Ability to follow established procedures and technical standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including detailed documentation
Experience with enterprise network-attached storage, including management and data protection
Ability to design and deploy solutions in large-scale, mission-critical, multi-petabyte storage environments
Experience managing enterprise storage and backup systems
Skills in scripting and/or automation technologies
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand customer needs beyond technical requirements
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain transparent communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, AZ-900

Knowledge of:

Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server
Virtualization platforms
SAN technologies
Firewall technologies, NAT, DMZ, and security policies
L2/L3 networking
VoIP telephony
SSO, Federation, Multifactor Authentication
Backup, recovery, and archiving strategies

Job Description
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will represent our clientâs insurance division with professionalism and courtesy, delivering efficient and accurate service to customers, agents, and insurance carriers. You will be responsible for policy servicing, documentation, client communication, marketing support, and claims coordination. This role requires adherence to established procedures, regulatory standards, and internal service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain accurate policy information in EPIC, including servicing tasks, transaction processing, and documentation.
Review new business, renewals, and endorsements to ensure accuracy and alignment with requests.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, advisor needs, and carrier requests.
Rate new business or coordinate rating with carriers; provide marketing insights and coverage recommendations to producers.
Prepare proposals and coverage recommendations to support client understanding and reflect the professional image of the agency.
Manage follow-ups and outstanding activities with thorough documentation in EPIC.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities; refer cross-sell prospects to producers and handle applicable up-sell activities directly.
Report and monitor claims, providing follow-up and service in accordance with procedures.
Stay current on carrier underwriting guidelines, binding authority, and insurance policy provisions.
Maintain proficiency in agency systems, third-party resources, and applicable software tools.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with carriers, producers, colleagues, and clients.
Support general office duties as needed.
Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Protect sensitive information by following information-security policies and standards.
Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty).
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and strong data-entry capabilities.
Clear and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer-service orientation and professional presence.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and remain composed under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
Experience working in an agency management system such as EPIC.
Familiarity with carrier underwriting requirements and binding authority.
