- Worksite Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
What you will do as an Architect:
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code by applying a clear understanding of design patterns, ensuring code clarity, ease of modification, and future extensibility
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently identify, dissect, and resolve complex technical challenges, delivering effective solutions
- Demonstrate comprehensive full-stack development expertise, including proficiency in front-end (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (C#), alongside a strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Maintain working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) to facilitate potential future migration and integration for enhanced scalability and efficiency
- Facilitate collaborative discussions with development teams to ensure alignment with department best practices and guidelines
- Proactively identify and address potential deviations from best practices within development teams
- Mentor and coach development teams on the rationale behind department guidelines, promoting adherence and understanding
- Champion the adoption of new technologies through internal presentations, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
