Worksite Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
Compensation: $17-19/hour + benefits

What you’ll do as the Member Services Representative:

Assist members with transactions and cash services by phone, in-person, and drive-through
Provide exceptional service when handling checks, cash services, deposits, and completing member’s paperwork
Resolve member’s account problems
Sell helpful products and services
Maintain accurate and detailed records

What you’ll bring to the Member Services Representative role:

Must be detail-oriented
Strong customer service skills
Basic math skills
Experience in cash handling or as a teller is a plus, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
