- Act as the primary pest control expert for field teams and facilities.
- Provide troubleshooting and consultation for pest issues, including birds, rodents, and insects.
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure effective service delivery and escalation management.
- Conduct site assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop pest prevention protocols and training materials for store and distribution center teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Monitor trends and proactively address emerging risks or service gaps.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Results-driven and self-starter mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Certification or license in pest control.
- Experience partnering with vendors and managing service delivery.
