Worksite Location: Concord, NH

What you’ll do as the Salesforce Technical SME:

Advise the Project Manager and the Project Owner on replacing multiple modules of the legacy system with Salesforce
Collaborate and interpret needs and requirements between various business entities with varying levels of technical understanding

What you’ll bring to the Salesforce Technical SME role:

Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
Define and serve as the liaison of the Salesforce Service Solution
Understand advanced features such as Lightning Page Builder, Connected APP Best practice, and building of automated flows
Understanding of when to best apply different Salesforce processes
Resource for solving technical problems as they arise
Learn and apply product, technology, market, and competitive knowledge and keep current on industry trends
Build strong relationships and communication with key internal stakeholders
