Work Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Production Assistant Job Description:
As a Production Assistant for multi-channel media on the marketing team, you'll be joining a cross-functional team of creative marketers and designers, working together to achieve one thing: Inspire our target(s) to protect their skin from the sun with our industry-leading UPF 50 clothing and accessories that are not only functional but fashionable too.

What you’ll do as the Production Assistant:

Track and process photo samples and warehouse arrival dates to schedule photo capture/edit/traffic priority
Maintain schedules for shoots to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Create, organize, and maintain up-to-date shot lists for the studio
Assist with scheduling and planning for photoshoots
Assist in preparing and organizing clothing, accessories, and props for photoshoots
Organize racks for studio shoots based on warehouse inventory receipt
Prepare and organize racks for onsite shoots at various locations
Assist in organizing and naming digital files
Handle basic styling tasks, such as steaming clothing and arranging outfits
Help with the setup and organization of studio or location spaces for shoots
Manage equipment, including lighting, cameras, mannequins
Maintain detailed records of clothing items used during shoots
Assist staff, photographers, HMU, and models during on-location photoshoots

What you’ll bring to the Production Assistant role:

Experience in the fashion/merchandising/shopper marketing/design industry is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy items with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be able to maintain a positive work attitude with highly detailed organizational skills
Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
Willing to take initiative and tackle challenging opportunities
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to generate multiple solutions and bring new ideas/technologies to the team
Demonstrates flexibility, and resourcefulness, and possesses the ability to work as a team in complex environments (such as ambiguous, fast-moving, multiple concurrent activities with short-term deadlines and changing priorities) to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
