Contract Length: Ongoing Contract
Part-time hours: 8-15 hours a week
Worksite arrangement: Remote (Minnesota candidates only)
Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Here is what you'll do as a Cash Applications Specialist:

Process all incoming customer payments and apply payments to open invoices as well as other GL accounts
Document all cash activity in a concise and accurate manner
Work cross-functionally with the billing team and account managers to resolve customer issues

Here is what you'll bring to the role as a Cash Applications Specialist:

Associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting experience
2-3+ years of cash application experience
Strong technical aptitude
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Organizational skills and ability to work independently
SAP and NetSuite experience is a plus
