We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leading company in the real estate industry. Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN

What you will do as the Recruiter:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines

What you will bring to the role as the Recruiter:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the property management industry
Familiarity with recruiting property managers, leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and HVAC technicians
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Positive attitude and a passion for connecting people with opportunities
