- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing and invoicing
- Administer electronic master bills: set-ups, maintenance, output, and deactivation
- Manage information transfer into the AS400 in order to recognize revenue including coding of sales to the correct locality in order to accurately charge taxes in taxable states.Â
- Review Billing Basket Queue: account setups, invalid dates, commission splits, pricing/field comments, etc. for accuracy and process accordingly
- Run tax table upload process, manage upload/table exceptions, and work with IT on technical issues
- Set up new accounts on the AS400 for invoices that have been worked without an account number
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business field OR 2+ years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting, or a related field
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently in a fast-paced environment,
- Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and meet customer expectations
- Attentive to detail and process-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Ability to operate multiple software applications, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access
