This company is hiring a Payment Processing Specialist for a permanent position. In this entry-level role, you'll gain valuable experience in financial operations, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
  • Worksite Location: On-site in Bloomington, MN
  • Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on skills & experience

What you'll do as the Payment Processing Specialist:
  • Assist with processing and balancing client payments
  • Help resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records
  • Generate reports and statements for internal teams and clients
  • Support the remittance process by verifying funds and issuing payments
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

What you'll bring to the Payment Processing Specialist role:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in their career
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Must enjoy working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Must be a quick learner and eager to master new skills (prior experience with accounting software is a plus!)
  • Please note: While experience with specific software is a plus, we are most interested in your transferable skills and willingness to learn. Don't be discouraged if you haven't used every program listed!
