Contract Duration: 3 months + possibility for extension and conversion
Worksite Location: 100% Remote

What you'll do as the Inside Sales Specialist:

Responsible for increasing membership
Utilize expertise to effectively assist prospects and members through the sales cycle to ensure they are recommending the best product for their needs
Meet and exceed sales goals
Ensure the best overall experience for our future members

What you'll bring to the Inside Sales Specialist role:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3+ years of experience within Health Plan sales, broker relationship, or inside sales
Current Minnesota Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain within the first 90-days of employment
Excellent customer service skills
Inbound and outbound call experience
Clear understanding on compliance guidelines within the health insurance industry
Strong documentation and writing skills
Sales and prospecting skills
