- ?Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN
- Collaborate with accounting stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements, conducting thorough analysis of existing accounting workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Document business processes, including data flows and system integrations
- Utilize expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to configure and customize the system to meet accounting requirements
- Implement changes to workflows, reports, and dashboards, as well as system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Â Elicit and document detailed business requirements from accounting stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration and development
- Provide ongoing support to accounting users, troubleshoot issues, and address system-related inquiries in a timely manner
- Â Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to meet the needs of accounting stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to internal controls within accounting processes implemented in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to system configurations and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of business systems analysis or similar role, with a focus on accounting operations preferably with a process manufacturer, specifically in Microsoft D365
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure services
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
