The Operations Communications Specialist will support the Operations Department internal communications, largely through written work. The ideal candidate for this role must demonstrate an ability to produce polished written pieces for internal audiences with superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Hours: Tuesday through Thursday, 8am – 5pm (part-time)
- Worksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN
The Operations Communications Specialist will support the Operations Department internal communications, largely through written work. The ideal candidate for this role must demonstrate an ability to produce polished written pieces for internal audiences with superior written and verbal communication skills.
What you'll do as an Operations Communications Specialist:
- Create, edit, and/or proof a variety of documents including informational messages, training and presentations, dept. newsletter, key messages, SharePoint intranet site content, and more
- Manage a communication plan with appropriate lead time to meet deadlines
- Present a professional image and demeanor to internal customers
- Interact constructively and effectively with all constituencies and work collaboratively toward a common goal
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent work experience
- Microsoft suite experience
- Must effectively communicate both orally and in writing with internal customers
- Experience in writing, editing, proofing internal communications
