- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Worksite Location: Rockland, MA
What you’ll do as the HR Coordinator:
- Record meeting minutes and prepare a summary of proceedings
- Maintain the employee information system
- Update and audit HR and payroll records
- Respond to phone calls
- Set up the personnel files and databases for contract employees
- Exercise discretion in all matters of confidentiality
- Gather and assemble information for reports as directed by the supervisor
- Administer training invitations, registrations, and confirmations
- Provide “how-to” instructions and answer questions on work processes within the same workgroup
- Handle routine problems requiring solutions that are based on assembly and examination of readily available facts and experience in similar situations
What you’ll bring to the HR Coordinator role:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Broad level of knowledge in a specialized area within a functional discipline
- General knowledge and understanding of workplace policies and procedures to facilitate completion of tasks
