- Worksite Location: Salem, OR
- Administer and help manage day-to-day clients’ comprehensive employee benefits programs
- Coordinate and delegate workflow with administrative team
- Attend compliance and carrier trainings and keep abreast of industry changes
- Coordinate client deliverables with other departments to ensure 100% stakeholder satisfaction
- Update and maintain internal systems and processes in accordance with current standards and timelines
- Engage in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable agency management systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
- 1+ years of related work experience in employee benefits or group insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple, significant projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Flexibility to travel for business and work additional hours when needed
