- Worksite Location: Salem, Oregon - HybridÂ
- Compensation: $110,000 - 120,000 | Bonus EligibleÂ
- Manage all client-required services and maintain client relationships with minimal input from Producers
- Manage mid-market book of business through the direction of employees on the service team
- Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities
- Act as the direct point of contact for a client from the time of lead
- Prepare and present to client renewal analysis
- Promote to clients other services offered by our agency by way of preparing Producer Service Proposals
- Provide analysis and recommendations concerning the client's existing coverage
- Select carriers for solicitation and negotiates with carriers for benefit and premium considerations
- Receive and respond to client inquiries including benefit and claim questions and issues Â
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Valid insurance licenseÂ
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamworkÂ
- Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
