Account Executive Lead-Real Estate Insurance

- Worksite Location: Remote
- Compensation: $160,000 annually
What you’ll do as the Account Executive Lead:
- Manage overall client relationship to maintain high account retention rate
- Solicit new accounts to conduct direct selling and cold calling
- Responsible for renewal process on existing business
- Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage
- Service accounts and provide claims assistance as needed
- Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and develop proper marketing strategies
- Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums, develop coverage comparisons, and prepare proposals and presentations
- Bind coverage, prepare binders, and delegates certificates
- Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact client on receivable collections
- Serve as technical expert, assisting department members to resolve complex issues
What you’ll bring to the Account Executive Lead role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years related work experience
- Valid insurance license
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
- Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
