- Worksite Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid 2-3 days per week)
- Salary Range: $65,000-75,000
- Must have: Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License - State of Florida
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance Brokerage
- Develop new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
- Analyze certificate, endorsement, and audit requests
- Facilitate the flow of information from agents and underwriters, whether to internal teams and/or clients
- Initiate cancellation and non-renewal notices timely according to statutory and contractual requirements
- Interact regularly with brokers, clients, and underwriters regarding certificates
- Provide and/or assist with quotations and binders for new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Proactively initiate and coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts
- Review client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections
- Notify brokers of pertinent information related to client retention
- Associate’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance Brokerage experience
- Must possess a valid property and casualty insurance license in the State of Florida and continuously meet the requirements for renewal
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
