Worksite Location: West Des Moines, IA
Salary Range: $70,000-80,000

What you’ll do as the Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner
Collaborate with risk advisors to determine and meet client goals
Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
Promote value-added services
Refer business across all departments
Attend and actively participate in agency service training meetings
Enter activity and other relevant information into the company’s software system(s) in accordance with company procedures
Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
Continue professional development; pursue and maintain professional designations if applicable
Travel as necessary for client meetings

What you’ll bring to the Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance role:

High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
Previous Commercial Lines Insurance experience
Active license or ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license
