Worksite Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually

What you’ll do as the Account Manager:

Develop new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
Analyze certificate, endorsement, and audit requests
Facilitate the flow of information from agents and underwriters, whether to internal teams and/or clients
Initiate cancellation and non-renewal notices timely according to statutory and contractual requirements
Interact regularly with brokers, clients, and underwriters regarding certificates
Provide and/or assist with quotations and binders for new business, renewals, and endorsements
Proactively initiate and coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts
Review client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections
Notify brokers of pertinent information related to client retention

What you’ll bring to the Account Manager role:

Associate’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years of Commercial Lines Brokerage experience
Must possess a valid insurance license and continuously meet the requirements for renewal
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Good leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
