- Worksite Location:Â Clear Lake, MN
- Compensation: $63,000 - $68,000 per year
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses)
- Oversee sales tax exemption documentation
- Assist with inventory management
- Conduct financial accounting tasks, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
- Analyze cash flow and provide recommendations for improving liquidity
- Utilize ECI M1 ERP for efficient record-keeping and reporting
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and process customer credit card payments
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payment
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on historical data and market trends
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong skills in account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and accounts payable management
- Demonstrated financial analysis capabilities with a focus on cash flow analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
