- Contract Duration:Â 6-months
- Worksite Location:Â Eagan, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Respond to account-related inquiries via email within defined service level agreements
- Support corporate and non-corporate account customers with credit and account resolution
- Communicate professionally and clearly with internal teams and external customers
- Reconcile account discrepancies and assist in resolving billing issues
- Apply credit, collections, and accounting knowledge to ensure account accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve complex account concerns
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in credit, finance, accounting, or customer service
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills with experience handling customer credit inquiries
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (or willingness to be trained)
- Experience with account reconciliation, payment lookups, and analytical tasks
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
