- 5-month contract-to-hire
- Worksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN
- Hourly Rate: $24-27/hourÂ
The Accounts Payable Analyst's primary responsibilities would include invoice processing and, at the time, assisting others in other AP areas related to expense reports, credit cards, and payments, as well as projects.Â
What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Conduct vendor and employee maintenance on the core system
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure all transactions have been appropriately resolved
- Be proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products
- Be able to provide customer service to our external clients via phone or email, and internal clients’ support is done through requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Associate's degree (Bachelor’s degree Preferred) - will be verified in the background check process
- Ability to consistently process invoices daily, ideally 60 – 100 invoices daily
- 10-key proficiency
- Ability to analyze, research, and process invoices for coding, approval, and status with at least 98% accuracy
- Experience with PO and invoice matching (2-way and 3-way match)
- Experience with procurement software, such as Coupa and PeopleSoft
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills, as well as Intermediate Excel & Word skills
