- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN
The Accounts Payable Analyst will have experience processing high-volume invoices. Their primary responsibilities would include invoice processing and, at the time, assisting others in other AP areas related to expense reports, credit cards, and payments, as well as projects.Â
What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Analyst:
- Conduct vendor and employee maintenance on core system
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure all transactions have been appropriately resolved
- Use Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products
- Be able to provide customer service to our external clients via phone or email, and internal clients’ support is done through requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Bachelor’s degree or work experience with accounting/accounts payable
- Ability to be consistently processing invoices daily, ideally 60 – 100 invoices daily
- 10-key proficiency
- Ability to analyze, research, and process invoices for coding, approval, and status with at least 98% accuracy
- Experience with PO and invoice matching (2-way and 3-way match)
- Experience with procurement software, such as Coupa and PeopleSoft
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering against expectations
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills, as well as Intermediate Excel & Word skills
