Contract Duration: 2 months
Worksite Location: Hopkins, MN

What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Associate:

Use the invoice validation software to identify fields from supplier invoices
Ensure the software is selecting the correct field from the images
Work at a computer for 8 hours a day

What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Associate role:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ years of experience within AP
Must be detail-oriented
Strong computer knowledge
Ability to interact well with others and work with minimal supervision
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
