Worksite Location: Fergus Falls, MN
Direct Hire
Compensation: $20-$25 per Hour

What you’ll do as a Accounts Payable Clerk:

Perform general ledger accounting duties including month-end close activities, general ledger reporting, along with account analysis and reconciliation
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with the preparation of schedules and working papers for annual financial statement audits
File sales and tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual filings)
Data entry including verification of payments using internal software

What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Clerk:

2-year degree in accounting or finance required
2+ years of relevant experience
Experience with ERP system
Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions to manipulate data
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
