• Worksite Location: Oak Park Heights, MN | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Compensation: $90,000-$140,000 per year
  
  

What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Manager:

• Manage the daily operations of an enterprise Accounts Payable team in a complex, multisystem environment
• Lead and coach team on simple to complex accounting and process issues
• Develop and partner with other leaders and the Shared Services director on a strategic plan for the organization
• Lead programs and governing policies, ensuring compliance with policy
• Develop and implement operational KPIs ensuring operations are in control
• Support all key financial cycles and ensure timely transactional processing
  
  

What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Manager role:

• BS in Accounting preferred or a combination of Finance or another Management / Business degree with appropriate years of experience managing an Accounting or Shared Services function
• 7-10 Years of experience in a Shared Services or other Finance / Accounting Organization
• 7-10 Years of experience in a management role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise role
