Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN
Compensation: $20.00-$33.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the AP Payroll Clerk:

Collect, code, and organize timesheets/daily reports and employee reimbursements on a weekly basis
Calculate weekly union dues for payroll
Collect, track, and report monthly union benefits
Collects and processes new employee information into the payroll system per the Company’s procedures.
Assist the Accounting Manager with data entry of incoming invoices and outgoing payments along with overall maintenance of Vendor accounts
Reconcile credit card statements and review credit card accounts for payments due, credit limits and fraudulent items
Assist Accounting Manager in data gathering for audits of insurance, employee benefits and taxes

What you’ll bring to the AP Payroll Clerk role:

2+ year degree
Demonstrative ability for knowledge in MS Windows, XP (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quick Books Pro)
1+ years of experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable
Demonstrative ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment
Demonstrative ability to use phone system, computers, and other office equipment
Knowledge of filing processes
