  • Contract Duration: 7-months
  • Worksite Location: Hybrid in Medina, MN office
  • Hours: 30-32 hours per week; Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST
  • Pay: 23-24/hr
What you’ll do as the Accounts Payable Representative:
  • Review, set up and maintain vendor’s master files
  • Answer both internal and external questions around vendors and vendor setup
  • Conduct Vendor Audits and Vendor deactivation processes
  • 1099 maintenance and reporting
  • Provide weekly cash forecast to Treasury Department
  • Generate and post weekly payments via check, wire and ACH for the US, Canada and Mexico
  • Process payment voids and reissuances as needed
What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Representative role:
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong Excel, AS400, and Showcase experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Vendor setup and 1099 reporting a plus
