The Accounts Payable Resolution Specialist is a member of the North America Global Business Services Accounts Payable Team which consists of both an internal and an outsourced team responsible for processing North America accounts payable invoices that include largest divisions and functions in terms of revenue and spend.

- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Hybrid in Eagan, MN office
The Accounts Payable Resolution Specialist is a member of the North America Global Business Services Accounts Payable Team which consists of both an internal and an outsourced team responsible for processing North America accounts payable invoices that include largest divisions and functions in terms of revenue and spend.
What you’ll do as the Accounts Payable Resolution Specialist:
- Provide customer service for all internal and vendor invoice inquiries
- Resolve Accounts Payable inquiries in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
- Partner with subject matter experts in other AP Functions to diagnose & resolve AP inquiries
- Create and maintain Desk Top Procedures and Training documents for new hires
- Process opportunities in Identity ServiceNow
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of work experience in a customer service, finance, accounting, or high-volume processing field
- Previous experience in performing analysis in defined and ambiguous scenarios, identifying actions and providing recommendations for immediate and sustainable resolution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Previous experience working in SAP (FICO module or other large ERP system), ServiceNow, OnBase, or MyBuy(GEP) software preferred
