Accounts Payable Supervisor for a permanent position! Interested? Get more details below.

- Worksite Location: Sartell, MN
What you’ll do as the Accounts Payable Supervisor:
- Enter and process supplier invoices into the Accounts Payable module of the ERP system
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of supplier invoice entry for the Accounts Payable team
- Manage supplier payment processing and scheduled check runs
- Ensure timely payments of invoices and maintain accurate records and control reports
- Oversee workloads, assign balanced distribution of work on the team, and lead the monthly Accounts Payable close processes
- Serve as knowledge expert for Accounts Payable transactional processes
- Serve as the main contact for complicated supplier inquiries
- Continually look for areas of improvement for accuracy and transactional efficiencies
- Prepare and evaluate applicable reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for areas of process and procedure improvement
- Provide direct supervision to the Accounts Payable team, providing continual training and coaching as needed
What you’ll bring to the Accounts Payable Supervisor role:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in a high-volume AP environment)
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to learn systems and processes, look for areas of inefficiency and make recommendations for improvement
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
