Accounts Receivable & HR Coordinator

Job Description
- Worksite Location: Norwood Young America, MN
- Compensation:Â $25.00-$30.00 per hour
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data
- Process bank deposits
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Process credit card transactions
- Other administrative and human resources tasks
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven working experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, or related fields
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with HR processes such as employee onboarding and benefits enrollment
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
