Administrative Assistant-Shipping Dept
Job Description
- Contract Duration:Â 2-months
- Worksite Location: Cleveland, OH
- Compensation: $19/hr
- Provide guidance and training to lower-level employees
- Coordinate and confirm logistics for meetings and travel arrangements
- Collect, organize, and input moderately complex data into systems
- Schedule and manage meetings, diaries, and travel
- Apply department policies and procedures to perform various administrative tasks
- Handle complex clerical, technical, and customer support issues
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Transportation and logistics experience
- Customer service support skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience handling documentation and paperwork
- General office experience, including assisting truck drivers
