Administrative Coordinator

Job Description
- Contract Duration: 3-4 months
- Worksite Location: Stillwater, MN
- Work Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and 11:00am-7:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

With amazing customer service, the Administrative Coordinator will manage our front desk and welcome all those who come through our doors including volunteers, donors, clients, and other community members. They will answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, manage requests and routing for our home delivery program, and handle other various administrative duties.
What you’ll do as the Administrative Coordinator:
- Answer & route calls through a multi-line phone system
- Address inquiries & provide information (in person or on phone)
- Manage home food-delivery administration including routing and scheduling
- Set appointments for clients
- Data entry of program information
- Update administrative documents-staff listings, manage/organize on-line folders (Office 365)
- Order office and general building supplies
- Create/print posted materials for the facility
- 3+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in a Non-Profit
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (email, database management, digital media, etc.) expertise in Office 365 Share Point is a plus
- Sensitivity for those living in poverty or experiencing poverty
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
