Administrative Support Specialist Job Description
The Adminstrative Support Specialist will provide essential high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions. This role also involves training and supervising lower-level clerical staff.

What you’ll do as an Administrative Support Specialist:
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed statistical reports to support organizational needs
  • Handle information requests efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely responses
  • Perform essential clerical duties, including preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all work efforts

What you’ll bring to the Administrative Support Specialist role.
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a high-level capacity
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts
  • Prior experience in training and supervising clerical staff is preferred
