Contract Duration: 7-months
Worksite Location: Wayzata, MN

What you’ll do as an Application Development Consultant:

Define and oversee the strategic direction of software applications in alignment with architecture standards and business processes
Lead the implementation of software solutions, including requirement gathering and analysis, development of design documentation, testing and debugging, software configuration, and supporting deployment and cutover activities
Prioritize and coordinate the implementation of enhancements and defect fixes for existing applications
Integrate complex process areas (data, business, reporting, security, EDI) across multiple software subsets, including OTC, PRTP, and Supply Chain
Work closely with Field Mapping Documents for system integrations
Independently resolve complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most intricate problems to the appropriate staff

What you’ll bring to the Application Development Consultant role:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation
5+ years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
5 years of experience with the SAP SD module, including pricing and contracts is preferred
Experience with the following EDI messages: 856, 810, 860, 846, 875, 880, and 940 is preferred
Experience in compiling and prioritizing enhancements and defect resolutions, as well as implementing system changes is preferred
