- Worksite Location: Onsite in Osceola, WI office
- Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 per year
- Support customers with the set-up and operation of CNC machines and software via phone or travelling to clients’ physical location
- Enter service tickets for each inquiry from both phone and email conversations
- Train customers on moving parts, machine servicing, and part replacement, alongside how to use the accompanying software
- Assist sales and marketing teams to demonstrate the products to potential customers
- Test software periodically
- Associate’s degree in CNC manufacturing, process engineering, mechanical engineering or related field
- 0-1+ years of professional experience
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, technical writing and communication skills
- Prior experience operating, troubleshooting, and/or training others in CNC preferred
- Proficiency using SolidWorks, CAD, CAM, or other related platforms preferred
